On-call help for urgent situations at home that aren’t injuries or immediate danger, so support is there day or night.
What is 24-hour emergency assistance?
24-hour emergency assistance gives people on-call counseling, problem solving, and, when needed, an immediate response at their home during a health or personal emergency that isn’t related to an injury or immediate danger. The type of response is based on the person’s needs in their support plan.
Important: This service does not replace 911. In a medical emergency, an injury, or any situation with immediate danger, always call 911 first.
